By accessing or using Sgt WarDawg TV® Network's website (SgtWarDawgTV.com) or mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Sgt WarDawg TV® Network is a Veteran-owned streaming entertainment platform featuring original shows, podcasts, live streams, and educational content. The Service is available via web browser, Roku, and mobile applications. The Service also includes a GPS navigation feature to help users locate Camp Dawg House™ in St. Cloud, Florida.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some content requires a paid subscription. Subscription payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are governed by the payment provider's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

GPS Navigation & Location Services

Our Service includes an optional GPS navigation feature on the Camp Dawg House™ page that uses your device's geolocation to help you navigate to our facility. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Voluntary use: GPS tracking is entirely optional. You must explicitly enable it by tapping the "Turn On GPS" button. The Service functions fully without location access.
• Accuracy: GPS coordinates and distance calculations are approximate and depend on your device's hardware, satellite signal strength, and environmental conditions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of location data or navigation directions.
• Safety: Always exercise caution when navigating, especially in rural or wooded areas. Do not rely solely on this app for navigation in emergency situations. Carry appropriate safety equipment and inform others of your location when traveling to remote areas.
• Third-party navigation: When you choose to open directions in Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze, you leave our Service and are subject to that provider's terms of service and privacy policy.
• No liability: Sgt WarDawg TV® Network is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the GPS navigation feature, including but not limited to inaccurate directions, device malfunction, or loss of signal.
• Data handling: Your location data is processed on your device only and is not stored, transmitted, or collected by us. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to shows, podcasts, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of Sgt WarDawg TV® Network or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. "Sgt WarDawg TV®," "The WarDawg Trail™," "Global War Veteran Entertainment™," "Camp Dawg House™," and all associated marks are registered trademarks.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or publicly perform any content without written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your subscription credentials with others
• Use the GPS navigation feature while driving or operating machinery without appropriate safety precautions

Pyrotechnic Products

Sgt WarDawg TV® is an authorized dealer of IWA International, Inc. non-lethal pyrotechnic devices. All pyrotechnic products are FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY and are restricted to Law Enforcement, Military & Security Training, Maritime/Signaling, Film Industry, Airsoft, and Paint Ball War activities. Purchasers must pass Pyro Certification before any sale is completed.

Charitable Contributions

Donations made through our Service are directed to Camp Dawg House™ (EIN: 99-4241826, FDACS# CH81350), a registered Florida charity supporting homeless war Veterans. All donations are processed through DonorBox.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Live streams and content availability may vary. GPS navigation accuracy is not guaranteed and depends on device capabilities and environmental conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sgt WarDawg TV® Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from the use of GPS navigation features, inaccurate location data, or reliance on navigation directions.

Creator Streaming Slots

Sgt WarDawg TV® offers creators the opportunity to stream their content during scheduled 1-hour time slots on the 24/7 live network. All streaming slot payments are donations to Camp Dawg House™ Inc. (EIN: 99-4241826). Streaming slots are subject to availability and content approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any streaming slot that violates our content guidelines. Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis given the nonprofit nature of the payments.

Nonprofit Ownership

Sgt WarDawg TV® is owned and operated by Camp Dawg House™ Inc. (EIN: 99-4241826, FDACS# CH81350) located at 2700 Holopaw Groves Rd, St. Cloud, FL 34773. All proceeds from streaming services, creator streaming slots, and donations support our mission of serving America's disabled war Veterans.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
